You are in charge of when a recommendation goes to your PSA as sales opportuities. This is done within the IT Review from Recommendations > Manage > Send to PSA.
The reason we put you in control is:
1. When you enter agreements you do not want to ship those to the PSA because they are already in force.
2. Customers may add other items to the budget that will not compensate for Ciscom, so we don't want those going to the PSA.
3. Our asset engine will automatically build recommendations and this gives you an opportunity to group recommendations that terminate on the same date.
Navigate to Manage
Then click the button to Push to PSA
