If you want to hide completed recommendations from the roadmap and recommendation sections in vCIOToolbox we have a simple step to hide those items.
Under Recommendations > Manage you have a dashboard of all your opportunities that you can control. You can sort by recommendation state and then remove item from the roadmap and dashboard by unchecking the "Show on Roadmap" command for each completed item.
****Note hiding a recommendation will also remove the item from the Completion state within "Roadmaps", and hide the projects from the complete filter in "Recommendations".
