The Syncro PSA integration will allow you to share information between vCIOToolbox and Syncro PSA.  Current integrations include:

 

  • Import Syncro PSA customers
  • Import Syncro PSA customer contacts
  • Create tickets and track status of each ticket created
  • Create Opportunities from the vCIOToolbox created recommendations.
  • Import Assets

To set up your integration with Syncro PSA you will need the following information from your PSA instance.

 

  • Syncro URL
  • Syncro API Key

 

1. Enter each value in vCIOToolbox (Left Hand Menu > Integrations > Settings > Syncro PSA)

2. Set up your sync settings by navigating to Left Hand Menu > Integrations > Syncro PSA Sync and set your default ticket type, status, and sales rep.

3. Once all variables are set you will see the sync control panel. Sync Accounts by clicking on the sync accounts button.



4. Once accounts are synced, you can then activate synced customers for use in vCIOToolbox

 

Left Hand Menu > Customers

 

From the Filter menu:

 

  1. Search by Name (3 letters required), or
  2. Change the state to “Show All” 

 

5. This will display your vCIOToolbox inactive accounts. You can then activate account(s).
