Step 1


Navigate to the Left Hand Menu > Integration > Settings > ConnectWise Manage to add your API settings and keys.


Step 2


Navigate to the Left Hand Menu > Integration > ConnectWise Sync to configure your import settings.


***Best Practice - Configure your default service board to be a board not included in SLA measurement.  It is recommended, but not required, that you create a service board for use with vCIOToolbox



Step 3 


Manually sync Customers for initial data import.  All other settings only will sync data once the customer is activated.
