Integration Capabilities


  • Import Customer Records
  • Import Assets/Devices
  • Import Contacts
  • Create Tickets and sync status
  • 2 Way opportunity sync 


Step 1


Navigate to the Left Hand Menu > Integration > Settings > Kaseya BMS to add your username and keys.  If possible create an administrative user strictly for use with the integration.

Step 2


Navigate to the Left Hand Menu > Integration > Kaseya Sync to configure your import settings.


***Best Practice - Configure your default service board to be a board not included in SLA measurement.  It is recommended, but not required, that you create a service board for use with vCIOToolbox



Step 3


Manually sync Customers for initial data import.  All other settings only will sync data once the customer is activated.
