Step 1
Navigate to the Left Hand Menu > Integration > Settings > Datto Autotask to add your API settings and keys. vCIOToolbox is an integration vendor inside of Autotask. Security settings can be found in the Integration Guide below.
Choose your primary asset source (Autotask or IT Glue if configured).
Step 2
Navigate to the Left Hand Menu > Integration > Autotask Sync to configure your import settings.
***Best Practice - Configure your default service board to be a board not included in SLA measurement. It is recommended, but not required, that you create a service board for use with vCIOToolbox
Step 3
Manually sync Customers for initial data import. All other settings only will sync data once the customer is activated.
