NOTE: Set Up your IT Glue integration after connecting to your PSA integration. Setting the integrations in parallel before initial sync can result in duplicate companies.
Integration Capabilities
- Import Customer Records (for matching against PSA or to serve as a master record if no PSA integration is present)
- Import Assets
Use Case: IT Glue can serve as the primary asset source for import for each client. To choose IT Glue when setting up your PSA connection select IT Glue as the Primary Asset Source.
Step 1
Navigate to the Left Hand Menu > Integration > Settings IT Glue to add your API settings and keys.
Step 2
Navigate to the Left Hand Menu > Integration > IT Glue Sync to configure your import settings.
Step 3
Manually sync Accounts and Assets for initial data import.
