In this video we show you how to use the roadmap dashboard and interpret its display. The Roadmap dashboard is comprised of a visual project timeline, colored by type of project or service and a couple simple commands. The first command is the ability to sort all listings by category or start date.
This give you power to present in the manner that best suits your need. The second command is the creation of new ad-hoc opportunity directly from that screen. Often new initiatives fall outside what is being evaluated in the IT Review and this provides and option for these initiatives.
