The issue is the meeting type you selected. A common issue we see is misalignment of the template to the meeting type.  In this case the user has chosen the


"Cybersecurity Assessment".  In the customer's template library ([Customer] > IT Review > More > Templates) you have Business Review and Cloud Readiness templates assigned (see green tags).



You would need to use either the business review or cloud readiness meeting type dependent on your review need.

Top change the meeting type navigate within your customer to IT Review  and from the submenu on the left edit the meeting in use by clicking on the edit icon


Then choose the correct meeting type to match your desired templates.  At that point you should see your IT Review questions available for use.
