Manual Sync of your PSA Print

vCIOToolbox conducts nightly sync's of your PSA data. This includes updates of your customers, tickets, contacts, ticket status, and opportunities.

If you require a real time update of this data this can be done within the system.

Navigate from the Left-hand menu to Integrations > [NAME OF PSA] Sync, then choose your option that you wish to sync.
