Within the vCIOToolbox Global Templates is a feature that allows you to build a library of canned recommendations for global use across all customers. This function, entitled the Recommendations Engine, includes 1 or 2 prebuilt recommendations provided by the vCIOToolbox content team and allows you to build custom recommendations for your provided services and subscriptions.
1. To access your global template library from the QBR module navigate to the left-hand menu > templates.
2. Once in the Global templates navigate to the template you wish to update. Customer > [Customer Name] > Manage
3. Inside the manager, click view on the topic which will expand the questions. On each question you will find the recommendation engine for that specific standard.
4 Here you can update existing questions and/or add new questions as illustrated in the image below.
Update or delete the existing recommendations
Click on Add to create a new global recommendation
