vCIOToolbox has added the ability to interact with customer contacts and external collaborators within vCIOToolbox GRC assessments.  These collaborators can contribute to the assessment process.


To be a contributor the resource needs to be listed as a contact within the customer record.


Assigning a question to a Delegate


To assign a user as a delegate you will need to add them to each standard that you wish for them to be a contributor.


1. Click on Delegate



2. Choose your delegate(s) 



3. Repeat this process as required for other standards that require external collaboration.


4. When you complete your assessment you can send invitations to collaborate to each delegate.  To do this click on the Delegate button that is part fo the submenu



5. Review all questions assigned to each delegate and click send to invite the collaborator.



6. This is what the customer will see when they do their updates.
