To provide your team guidance on how to answer different assessment or control standards we have added a How-to capability into the system. The How-to will allow your to document process, link to existing procedures, or add video.
The steps below will help you get started.
1. Navigate to your Global Templates in either the QBR or GRC modules.
2. Once in the Global Templates, select the template you wish to add How-to guidance to, and click Manage.
3. Expand your questions in the template editor and navigate to the How to/Help Information section.
4. Create your help item and click Create. This can include text, video and hyperlink(s).
5. Once created you can view all how to's for each question. Here you can update or delete items.
6. Navigate to your IT Review in QBR or assessment in GRC to see your How-to direction.
It will expand out your note from the side panel
