You can send the full vendor/supplier assessment to any contact you have created in the Vendor profile. The vendor will receive a link providing them with a temporary password for access to the portal. The can save their assessment progress if they do not complete in a single sitting.
The vendor will be presented the question and asked to answer, provide notes, add/atach evidence, and they can also assign a confidence level to their respponse.
To send the assessment:
1. Ensure you have a contact(s) attached to the vendor/supplier record.
2. Start the assessment by navigating to the GRC Assess button. (If you need assistance getting started, visit this KB) and navigate to the Delegate all icon/button
3. Choose your Delegate and press Select. This will attach the full assessment to the delegate assigned.
4. You can review the questions that will be sent to the delegate, track response progress, and send the initial request and reminders by clicking on the Delegation button.

5, Responses will transfer to the live assessment. The answer setting will update with the clients response. Any evidence will be attached. The delegates notes will be available for importing into the assessment if desired.
