Customer Exit Provisions

 

Upon subscription termination, vCIOToolbox will delete the customer's application instance, destroying all data. Should the customer request their data to be returned, it will be provided “as is” exporting the data through the controls native to the application.  

 

Instance destruction will occur within five (5) business days of the subscription end date.  Once the instance and all its data are destroyed, vCIOToolbox can no longer provide access to the data to the subscriber.

The customer controls their data, and vCIOToolbox has provided the following tools to support customer data retrieval efforts.  

 

Export Capabilities and Methods

 

  1. Key Account Module

     
    1. Files: All files can be retrieved via the customer profile.  Files can be downloaded in PDF format.
    2. Contacts: All contacts can be downloaded in PDF format.
    3. Assets: All imported assets can be exported in CSV format.
    4. Sales Pipeline: The full sales pipeline can be exported in CSV format.
    5. Account Strategy: Business Canvas Models and SWOT Analysis information can be exported in PDF format.
    6. Meeting Reports: All meeting history can be downloaded in PDF format.

  2. Quarterly Business Reviews

     
    1. Strategy: Strategy data can be exported via PDF from the reports section.
    2. IT Review (Assessment): IT Review findings can be exported via PDF from the reports section.
    3. Roadmap: The roadmap can be exported via PDF from the reports section.
    4. Recommendations: Recommendations can be exported via Recommendations > Manage in CSV format.
    5. Templates: Customer-created templates can be exported from the Global Template library in CSV format.
    6. Policy: All uploaded policies can be exported via the Policy Library in their current format.

 

 

  1. Governance, Risk, and Compliance

     
    1. Assessment: Assessment findings can be exported via PDF from the reports section.
    2. Strategy: Strategy data can be exported via PDF from the reports section.
    3. Plan of Action: In CSV format, recommendations can be exported via Plan of Action > Manage.
    4. Templates: Customer-created templates can be exported from the Global Template library in CSV format. vCIOToolbox provided templates in GRC cannot be exported.
    5. Policy: All uploaded policies can be exported via the Policy Library in their current format

 

  1. CX Module

     
    1. Templates: Customer-created templates can be exported from the Global Template library in CSV format. vCIOToolbox provided templates in GRC cannot be exported.
    2. Email Templates: Email templates CANNOT be exported but can be deleted by the client.
    3. Images: Can be downloaded in their current format.
    4. Survey Results: Survey results for each template can be exported in PDF format via print mode.

 

Termination Assistance

 

vCIOToolbox has provided data controls to support customer self-service for data export.  If the customer requires assistance with data export, vCIOToolbox will do so on a time and materials basis.
