After you meet with your customer you will need to close the meeting for the period. This is the vCIOToolbox recommended meeting close process.
1. Generate a final report. This report will be shared with the client and you can archive it to your document repository or within vCIOToolbox.
Choose the report you wish to be your final document (standard or custom report) and download to PDF.
2. If you wish to archive your report in vCIOToolbox navigate to Customers > {Name} and you can upload your document under Files.
3. Navigate to More > Close Meeting and start the process.
4. Click Update Draft Meeting
5. Add your notes.
6. This will archive the meeting, all data, and allow you to create a new meeting pulling your assessment data in to modify.
