You can maintain a Risk Register and analyze risk in the GRC module. This risk manager allows you to build a risk profile for your customer. Activities and features include:
- Adding standard risks from a pre-built template.
- Adding new risks specifically for that client
- Create a baseline score for impact and likelihood
- Enter your Risk Register
- Update Risks as conditions improve
- Manage Risk Tasks
1. To access the Risk Module launch a customer and navigate to More > Risk
2. Adding risk from the compliance framework can be done when a risk is identified in the framework, and a blue icon will appear that will allow you to transfer the risk to the Risk Register.

You can then create the risk for addition to the Risk Register, adding impact and liklihood ratings as well as other priperties to support the risk.
3. You can also add external risks outside the compliance framework. These risks often are weather, geographical, demographic, or financial, and can impact the delivery of IT services. They should be tracked as well.
Additional risk items can be added from templates by clicking the Add Risks from Templates button.
A slide-out will present all the risk templates available to you, and you can choose those you wish to add for your client.
NOTE: You can set up risk templates as default templates in Templates > Risk Templates.
4. You can add new risks easily by clicking the New Risk button.
This will launch a page allowing you to add your initial risk attributes.
5. You can see your connected risk by clicking on List All Risks, which will bring you to a table of all your assigned risks.

6. you can easily manage risk from the Risk Board for your client. This will allow you to see and manage Open, Accepted, and Closed Risk
