All of our PSA integrations support agreement import. To set this up for use, you can visit Integrations from the left-hand menu (this requires administrative rights). Each PSA settings option may differ slightly from the image, but all include the same agreement setup capability.
1. Choose your PSA
2. Choose the setting for Default Agreement Types and click the button to review.
3. Choose the agreement types you wish to sync with vCIOToolbox
4. Once you make your choices, click save and then click sync agreements.
5. You can view your synced agreements
6. These agreement will appear inside your client review under Recommendations > Manage in the recommendations table. To find them easily click show filters and then filter on recommendation origin to isolate the imported agreements.
