vCIOToolbox supports multi-location assessments in the GRC module.  This allows you to assess locations or sites requiring an independent security assessment.  To use the Multi-location capability follow these steps.


1. Confirm your customer has locations set up within their profile.  This can be done by navigating to Customer > [Select Customer] and viewing the locations section of their profile.

2. once you have confirmed (or created) your locations, you can navigate to GRC Program or GRC Assess from within your customer profile page.


3. To view your location and launch an assessment, navigate to the Building Icon to the right of the customer name.



4. You will be brought to a page that will present your locations, and you can start an assessment by clicking on the Assess link.



5. You will then be prompted to add a GRC template for the Office Location.

6. You will now see the program assigned to the location, and you can launch your assessment.


7. You can now conduct your location assessment.



8. To return to your main location, click on the person icon to the left of your location name.



9. This will bring you back to the customer profile, where you can launch your main assessment.
