General Templates are controlled by Review Templates. Each classification drives a different rating and scoring methodology.
1. If you are looking to create your own custom assessment the way that can be done in vCIOToolbox is to create a new template. Each Template can assigned a Scoring Method and a Sub Classification.
- To create a new template, click NEW
- Name your template
- Assign a Scoring Method and Sub Classification
2. Once it is in your template inventory you can either download a .csv template and construct your template for upload or use the Update Command to create the template in the system.
a. Click Manage on the new template.
b. You can import a new template or export a fresh template to meet your usage requirements.
Inside the tool you can create Topics and Questions.
You can also add recommendations and links to a created question and it will be available for use within the assessment.
