We have now allowed you to use predefined goals with the strategy plan to simplify the goal-building process. This template can be imported into the system and includes the four (4) core IT Goals and a set of common Business Goals and Challenges you can quickly add to your strategy plan.
You can also build your own templates to enrich your predefined goal options and align with specific vertical requirements. Of course, we have not taken away the ability to create goals in meetings with your customers as well.
1. To add the objective template, you can download the template here or get it from the template library within the University.
2. To upload the template into your instance of vCIOToolbox, you can navigate to QBR > Templates > Objective Templates.
3. Click import to upload your template into the Objective template library.
3. Choose your file and click Upload.
4. You will see the import result
5. You will then see all available objective templates available for use.
