The following steps should be followed after you have made the necessary changes to the new primary domain and user accounts within Microsoft 365.
***Please make sure all users are logged out of the vCIOToolbox tenant before you do the following steps.***
1. Change all user account emails within vCIOToolbox. The email address should be the same as the user's SSO login. This can be done from any module under Admin > Users > [User Name}.
a. Navigate to users
b. Choose a User Account
c. Change the email address
2. The next step will require changing the Microsoft SSO settings. Navigate to Integrations > Settings > Microsoft SSO
3. Change the domain to your new domain name.
4. Your users can now sign in using SSO with their new address.
