The Phin Security Integration will allow our partners to import Security Training and Phishing Simulation data directly into vCIOToolbox for reporting and dashboards.
vCIOToolbox will allow our users to show a training compliance score and a list of users who have not completed training in addition to phishing data, including emails sent, emails clicked, and click offenders. Reports will be able to be generated to support client meetings and GRC evidence requirements.
1. Create and retrieve an integration key within the Phin Security application.

Create your Key
2. Save your Partner ID, Client ID, and Client Secret.
3. Navigate inside vCIOToolbox to the Phin Integration. This can be found inside either the QBR or GRC modules, and it can be accessed by going to Integrations > Settings > Phin Security.
4. Add your Partner ID, Client ID, and Client Secret into thee vCIOToolbox integration.
5. Navigate to Phin Sync to activate the integration, customize your settings, and import data.
6. This will import the data into your customer.
