The Whitespace Analysis tool is a great resource for identifying who is compliant against your tech stack, where the gaps exist, and what the potential value of the upgrades might drive as new revenue to your business.
To use the Whitespace Dashboard, you need to follow the following steps:
Step 1
Customize your Tech Stack template to match your unique tech stack.
1. Navigtate to the Tech Stack template from QBR > Framework Templates > Manage
2. Customize your Topics and Questions.
Step 2
1. Within the QBR module, set up a meeting for your Tech Stack review.
2. Set your Meeting to Tech Stack Review and conduct your assessment.
5. When gaps are identified, either connect to existing recommendations using the Add Existing command, or create a New Recommendation.
4. When you complete your assessment, immediately close the review, which will register the results to the Whitespace Dashboard. Navigate to More > Close Meeting [TITLE]
Step 3
1. Navigate to KAM > More > Reports to see the results across your entire portfolio.
