When a client declines a recommendation, you will want to remove it from the roadmap. Many MSPs want to preserve the data (decline date, decline note, etc.) but remove the entry from the customer view. To do so, follow these instructions.
1. I would switch the adopt to decline; if you have not adopted, you can simply click the Decline button. If you have adopted it, click update and change the Adopted status to Decline.
2. I would also like to add a note of who delivered it and why for historical purposes.
3. Then I would remove it from the Roadmap. This will take it off the roadmap, but keep the timestamped history associated with the recommendation.
4. The recommendation will remain in the Recommendations > Manage section.
