To create an API key for the vCIOToolbox application, please follow the steps below.
1. Log into N-Central and Navigate to the Administration > Users section.
2. Create a new user
3. Designate the user as an API-Only user and generate your key. UNCHECK Multi-factor Authentication
*** Note - If you set up your token with MFA enabled and then disable MFA, you will need to reissue the Token***
b. UNCHECK Multi-factor Authentication in User Details/User Information. Ensure that your box is unchecked.

Set up your user roles and access groups to a level in each that allows asset import.
4. In vCIOToolbox navigate to QBR or GRC > Integrations > Settings > N-Able N-Central.
5. Add. your system URL and API Key and save settings.
6. Navigate to Integrations > N-Able sync and test your connection.
7. Click Map Accounts and map your active accounts.
8. Once accounts are mapped, sync your assets.
