1. Inside the customer policy manager you can access the policy approval center by clicking on the thumbs up icon.
2. Inside the approval center you can select the contact that we need to obtain approval in order to make the policy distribution ready.
3. Track approval status
4. The approver will receive an email to access the approval portal
5. Once in the portal, then can access any policies they may need to approve.
a. Navigate to the policy
b. Review the policy and approve
6. In the approval center you will see that the policy has been approved by the contact and now it can be marked Approve Policy & Distribute to begin sending to all end users requiring signature.
The policy is now approved for distribution
