Once a policy is approved you can then send it for officer or end user approval.
In the Customer Policy Manager you will see that the policies that have been approved are marked and a new checkmark icon appears in the commands menu to allow you to distribute the policy.
2. Choose your end users for signoff and email the document.
3. End users will be provided a URL to access the policy and sign. Portal access is not required.
4. the end user will receive a copy of their signed document
5. The vCIOToolbox user can see all signed and outstanding policies in the customer policy approval center
