The Advanced Policy Module includes 40+ HR and IT policies and Policy Packs which can be added to a customer experience.  In this document, we share how you can modify existing customer templates.


1. Navigate to the Customer Policy Templates from the GRC Module, choose Customer > Assess > Document > Policy, and then navigate to your desired template to edit. 




2. Choose the template you want to edit and then click the Edit Icon on the right-hand side of the list.



3. Customer Policies can be edited and we have multiple tools to help support those efforts.


a. Edit any content in the WYSIWYG editor.

b. Change the name of the Policy

c. Add a policy expiration and/or review due date.

d. Add tags for organization or classification.

4. Save the document for approval workflow.
