Users may want to change the default thresholds to scoring limits. These scoring limits control the RED/YELLOW/GREEN levels used in scorecards.
To change the scoring thresholds aligned with each color, you must take the following steps.
1. Navigate to ADMIN > SETTINGS from the system left-hand menu in any module.
2. Choose System, and this will load the settings you can customize. The first two control the thresholds for the RED (low limit) and YELLOW (mid limit). Green will be all scores above the Yellow limit.
3. Once the levels are set, commit them for us by selecting Save Settings.
