Just so you know - Sync all PSA customers before setting up the NinjaOne integrations to ensure that NinjaOne records merge with the active PSA customer.
1. Log into your NinjaOne instance. This will require a user with permissions elevated high enough to generate APi credentials.
2. Once inside your instance, navigate to Administration from the Left-hand Menu.
3. Navigate to Apps under the Administration options.
4. Within Apps navigate to API from the dropdown menu.
5. Click on Client App Ids from the API menu. Then select Generate API Keys from the Right-hand side of the screen.
6. Generate a Secure Key and SAVE, it will be needed later in vCIOToolbox.
7. This will also generate your Client ID for use in the system. Save to add to vCIOToolbox.
8. Log into vCIOToolbox (must be Administrator role) and from the left-hand menu naviage to Integration > Settings and click NinjaOne.
9. Set up the NinjaOne settings by adding your Ninja URL, Client ID, and Client Securet (Key) and save settings.
10. Navigate to Integrations > NinjaOne sync from the left-hand menu to set up your integration settings.
11. Sync your customers (Before doing this step, make sure your PSA companies have already been imported into vCIOToolbox).

12. View assets in the client's asset Manager found in the customer workspace in QBR or GRC. Navigate to More > Assets to review imported assets.
