When a customer declines recommendations during the meeting, we do have the opportunity to send them a declined recommendations attestation. This process functions very much like DocuSign for the end user. They will receive an email to view the report electronically, attest to their decision, and then both parties (you and the customer) will receive a copy of the report.
1. To set up the email template, you first have to navigate to the CX module, where all of the templates are stored.
CX > Email Templates > New.
2. Create the template making any necessary changes to the language contained within your templated email, and also leveraging the tags and HTML code available to you

3. Once this template is created, it can then be used for selection in the administrative area under settings for email signatures. Navigate to [QBR/GRC] > Admin > Settings > E-Signature and then set the template you wish to use.
4. It will then become the template used for declined recommendations.
