In this article, we'll be able to guide you through setting up the INFIMA integration with vCIOToolbox. INFIMA is a security and awareness tool that enables you to track training results, phishing results, and risky users within the vCIOToolbox platform. These data points can be shared with the customer both in reporting and on dashboards. If you have any questions after working on this, please contact support@vciotoolbox.com.


1. To set up your API account and key, inside Infima navigate to Partner Menu > Settings and then from the left-hand menu choose Integrations > Reporting API. 



2. Click on Generate a Key and follow the Infima instructions.  Name your APi (suggested: vCIOToolbox) and assign the scope Global Level - All Clients.


Note: Once you have generated the key, you will not be able to view it again. Please make sure to copy it and store it in a safe place.  




3. Copy your key and then navigate to vCIOToolbox



4. In vCIOtoolbox, navigate to Integrations > Settings > Infima from the left-hand menu within either the QBR or GRC module to set up your integration.




5. Enter your Infima API URL and your API Key and save settings.



6. After saving, navigate to Integrations > Infima Sync and 1) test your connection to the Infima application and 2) sync your company data


Note: The company must be active in vCIOToolbox for data to be imported.  



7. You can then view the data either in the:


Admin Area: Within the QBR or GRC admin area navigate to More > Dashboards > Security and Awareness Training from the left-hand menu


Meeting View: Navigate to Dashboards > Security Awareness Training. 



8. You can now view the Infima Dashboard and Data within vCIOToolbxo
