1. First, identify your Qualys API server


The Qualys API URL you should use for API requests depends on the Qualys platform where your account is located.

2. It can also be found by just logging in to your Qualys account and going to Help > About. You'll see this information under the Security Operations Center (SOC). 



3. You will need to have a username and password for the integration. The user name and password should have the following permissions


  • Token should be True
  • Permissions should be True


4. In vCIOToolbox, navigate from the QBR or GRC module left-hand menu to Integrations > Settings > Qualys.


  • Set Qualys instance URL
  • Add Qualys Username
  • Add Qualys Password




5. Navigate to Integrations > Qualys Sync and set up your connection settings.



  • Sync Companies
  • Sync assets
