Steps to Deactivate the Customer
1. In vCIOToolbox - Once you export all required data, you can delete the customer from vCIOToolbox.
2. PSA Best Practice - Ensure the customer is marked inactive and/or deleted to ensure the account does not sync back into vCIOToolbox during that night's PSA sync.
The customer will sync back in as an Inactive record if not deactivated in your PSA, but will only bring in name and address information. Not other data will be synced from the PSA unless the custmoer is activated again in vCIOToolbox
3. Data Retention and Destruction Policy - Data will be deleted from the system in accordance with our policy
