We have added three (3) new multi-factor options to vCIOToolbox including

 

  • Microsoft Authenticator
  • Google Authenticator
  • Twilio Authy

 

  1. To set up your authenticator of choice, first click on your name found in the upper right-hand corner of the platform and navigate to Update 2FA/MFA.

  1. Under current settings, set the Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to “True”
  2. Set the choice of 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) to “Authentication App”

  1. Download your Authenticator of choice from the links on the screen and scan the QR code.

  1. Logout and Login and you will be asked for a new code. Enter the code from the authenticator you registered.

  1. Administrators can audit user MFA status from Administrator > Users
