Setting up the Portfolio (Customer) User

 

Create a user for your customer in the same manner you provide internal users access. Left Menu > Admin > Users > New User

 

  1. Create user by adding First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Role (Portfolio). This will also email the client so they can set up their account and credentials.

 

  

 

2. Create a new user. This step will also send the user an email to set up their crfedentials and access the account.







3. Once Created align the customer to their account(s) using the Customer function.

4. You will then see the account aligned with the customer profile

 

 



5. When the customer logs in their will be presented their latest report view and can download reports
