To ensure the deliverability of emails sent through the system, we use SendGrid. We recommend that you configure the records on the link below. These CNAME records will help SendGrid recognize your mailing domain and apply the DKIM and SPF records required to improve deliverability.

Important note: Certain registrars, including GoDaddy, often add the [domain].com suffix to the record for you. If you have issues when verifying your records, return to your DNS manager and remove the [domain].com record from the two (2) domainkey records and re-validate.
